Mangu con Salchichon
Mashed Plantains with Cooked Spanish Salami
2 plantains
6 ¼ in slices of Salchichon
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
olive oil
Cilantro, salt, pepper,
Prep:
- Peel the plantains and cut them in half or in 2in pieces
- Slice your onions and add the 2oz of vinegar
- Mince your garlic very fine, or into a paste
- Chop cilantro
- Boil in a pot for the plantains and add some salt
Direction:
In your boiling water and add the plantains, cook until tender.
Serves 2 people!
